At Olympic Self Storage, our number one priority is keeping your valuables secure. We have invested heavily in high-tech security measures including 24-hour digital video recording with tons of high-definition and 4K cameras in the area, keypad gate access, perimeter fencing with barbed wire and well-lit driveways and grounds, after hours alarms and flood lights.
Do you provide pest control at your facility?
Yes. Our facility is treated monthly to ensure a pest-free environment. Per the lease agreement please do not store any food / edible items.
Does your facility have interior hallways with elevators?
No, our facility has drive up access to every unit. You can drive right to your unit, park in front and unload right into it. Other facilities may have elevators or hallways requiring storage carts and moving your items a long way. We believe drive up units are the most convenient for our customers.

We offer a very wide range of size options to meet your storage unit needs. These include sizes as small as 5 x 10 units and giant storage units as big as 10 x 40 storage units. Can I store a car in a storage unit? What size should I choose?
We offer car, truck and boat storage options. We have enclosed storage units (with roll-up doors), or outdoor parking. The size of the storage unit you’ll want is determined by the length and width of the vehicle and whether you plan on using the space to store additional items. In general, we recommend you choose a storage unit with a minimum depth of 20 feet. All of our units are 10 feet wide, giving you room to open the doors. To find the specific dimensions of your vehicle, we recommend searching online or consulting your owners manual.
What is the difference between heated and climate-controlled storage?
Heated storage is called that since the storage unit provides heat to maintain a minimum temperature during the winter months. This is usually about 50 degrees. During the summer months, the unit’s temperature is not regulated. Climate-controlled storage means that the units are kept within a specific temperature range year-round. You may want climate control if you are storing items that are extremely sensitive to temperature variation.
What is Indoor Storage vs. Drive-Up Storage?
Indoor storage refers to storage units that are located within the facility and are accessed via interior hallways. Drive-up units are accessed outdoors via our facility’s driveways. Our facility has drive up access to every unit. You can drive right to your unit, park in front and unload right into it. Other facilities may have elevators or hallways requiring storage carts and moving your items a long way. We believe drive up units are the most convenient for our customers. These are the only units we offer due to the greater convenience of easy loading and unloading.

You can also pay online using our convenient online payment system. We accept ACH and most major credit/debit cards.

Absolutely! If you’ve decided you need a larger or smaller size just email or reply to our text messages, our team will be happy to help you switch to a larger or smaller size.
Do I need insurance for my storage unit?
Many storage companies require that you have insurance or force you to buy theirs. While we strongly recommend that you have insurance (our policy does NOT cover your items) we don’t force you to purchase it. We do recommend that you check with your own homeowners or renters insurance to see if they cover storage unit rentals.
